We are sitting with their Community Manager, Sebasitan Ladell, who is leveraging Zealy strategies to keep the Margex community engaged and growing.

Tell us about your Project

Margex is a Bitcoin-based derivatives exchange (trading platform). We give traders the ability to trade with up to 100x leverage. Margex provides traders with access to global crypto markets.

Tell us about yourself as CM/Project Lead

My role as a CM is to provide current and future Margex Users with an outlet to discuss and communicate with each other through Discord.

I have been creating an ecosystem between all Margex content to increase engagement - Zealy has made this much easier!

I come from a traditional market and marketing background, however, I made the switch over to Crypto in 2017 - Since then I became a Professional Trader, Influencer manager and Accounts Specialist and have worked with various exchanges and marketing agencies.

Since 2022 I have been taking outdated business models and communities and bringing them to the Web3 standard with a core focus on scalability and clear transparent communication. My Passion is for scaling and growing projects, and I find it genuinely rewarding - not just financially.

Why do you like using Zealy?

Zealy allows me to easily create systems that connect my employer's social outlets into one fun and friendly environment - boosting engagement and rewarding our Users in the process!

What’s your Quest strategy like - and your absolute favourite Quest?

Well, I like Twitter Quests! Those make my life easier, along with the many submission types you offer, such as images and URLs!

What Rewards do you currently offer your community?

I run our community in Seasons: During season 1 we tested Zealy's capabilities and offered a $50 prize pool until we optimized the strategy.

Now for Season 2, we have increased our pool, and there will be 5 winners getting $800... A 1500% increase! This will continue to grow with each Season. We'd love to scale enough to give out thousands each month!

What trends do you see in Web3? What are your predictions for what’s coming up next? 

AI. There is a strong emphasis on creating systems, automation and AI-based solutions. It's unavoidable at this point.

What other Web3 projects are you also super excited about right now?

There are many! I am very excited about Portrait.gg  - no-code web design for Web3.
