Tell us about your Project
We have 2 projects atm: FlowX and Suipiens.
🔸 FlowX is the ecosystem-focused decentralized exchange built on the Sui Blockchain. Our platform delivers a revolutionary DeFi user experience, surpassing other AMM DEXs with notable efficiency, speed, and agility improvements. We also offer custom services for builders, allowing developers to easily establish deep and sustainable liquidity pools.
Tell us about yourself as Project Lead
I'm responsible for managing and coordinating the various aspects of a project, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.
I work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and community managers, to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality. I got involved because I believe blockchain has the potential to create a more decentralized, transparent, and equitable Internet.
Web3 is also a rapidly evolving and exciting industry that offers numerous opportunities for innovation and growth.
In terms of working in Web3, I think it can be an incredibly rewarding experience for those passionate about technology and its potential to transform the world since the change is fast, and there is always something new to learn and explore.
Why do you like using Zealy?
I like Zealy because of the easy task management, communication, file management, and time tracking. It also helps our team grow the community by providing a centralized platform where members can communicate and collaborate.
Zealy has helped our team improve our workflow and productivity, enabling us to achieve our goals more efficiently. We have increased our Twitter followers so fast.
What’s your Quest strategy like - and your absolute favourite Quest?!
I think it's important to have a clear goal in mind. This will help identify the tasks that need to be completed, and the resources required to achieve any objectives.
We start with a template and break down tasks into smaller chunks with labels and tags so we can divide the tasks easier for users to follow.
The sequence with the most impact is definitely the sprint because it creates a fair chance for everyone to grind our leaderboard to win the rewards.
About my favourite Quest, it's the task we require Users to submit memes about our project, some ideas are really funny, and it makes the community more vibrant.
What Rewards do you currently offer your community? Why is your community the best?
Whitelist and OGs. Of course, we also have some decent USDT for the top leaderboard. Not to mention, by collaborating with other projects, sometimes, Users can win OGs/WLs from them too!
What trends are you seeing in web3? What are your predictions for what’s coming up next?
NFTs ofc, DeFi, Interoperability and Sustainability. I think it's hard to predict this in the future, but I believe that blockchain technology and other decentralized technologies will continue to transform how we interact with the digital world.
What other Web3 projects are you also super excited about right now?
Polkadot, Solana, and Uniswap. I like Uniswap because It allows Users to trade cryptocurrencies without the need for intermediaries, and it has gained significant attention for its potential to disrupt traditional centralized exchanges.
