Tell us about your Project

Extra Finance is a community-driven leveraged yield farming (LYF) protocol built on Optimism.

Extra Finance enables users to participate in a variety of farming pools on Velodrome and other decentralized exchanges. By offering 3X or higher leverage, it allows users to customize their farming strategies, including options such as reinvesting, market-neutral, and long/short farming. In addition to LYF, Extra Finance also operates as a lending protocol.

Users can deposit funds into lending pools to earn interest on their assets. This feature provides a way for users to earn passive income.

Tell us about your role

I am Scarlett, the BD & Operation Manager of Extra Finance.

I am confidently responsible for the community operation and project cooperation of Extra Finance.

My duty is to proactively help my community ecosystem become more active and expand its reach to more areas of Defi and Web3. My work enables me to connect with many interesting community members and partners, engaging in discussions about product development.

Through these interactions, Extra Finance can grow more quickly and provide users with an enhanced DeFi experience. Communicating with different partners is an exchange of knowledge, and we can explore each other's valuable insights and collaborate to create new opportunities.

I enjoy my job because it allows me to discover new things and generate more value every day.

Why do you like using Zealy?

This is our community's first time using Zealy! As a project that has just launched in beta, we need a platform that can help us invite more community members to join.

Personally, I have participated in many projects on Zealy before, and the platform gives me the feeling that it can grow together with projects and bring them what they need most at different stages.

Therefore, our project also wants to grow quickly with Zealy 🙌

What’s your Quest strategy like - and your absolute favourite Quest?

We have designed our Questboard as follows:

The Quest progresses gradually, allowing users to understand our project step by step: from social media to project Q&A, and then to experience our product by opening positions.

Use social media Quests: we encourage users to not only join our community and follow us on Twitter but also to follow and retweet some of our recent updates.

Encourage product understanding: we have designed some quizzes combined with documentation to help our users quickly start their DeFi journey.

Enabling product experience: users can receive rewards by simply opening positions or submitting feedback.

We believe that this design will help users quickly understand our product and establish a connection with us.

What Rewards do you currently offer your community?

"Zealy Hunter" is a role in our Discord server, which entitles members to receive airdrops after the token launch.

We believe that roles are the best indication and symbol for users to socialize within the community, while airdrops can bind user interests with the interests of our project in the long term.

What trends do you see in Web3? What are your predictions for what’s coming up next?

DeFi is likely to expand further, offering a broader range of financial services and attracting more institutional players.
