Welcome to our exclusive interview with Kevin Nobrac, Founder and Lead Developer of Carbon X Labs, a fast privacy-focused browser.

Today we are talking with Kevin about the project, his role as Project Lead, and the upcoming exciting trends in Web3.

Hey Kevin! Glad to have you here! Can you tell us about Carbon?

Thanks for having me! Let's start with the basics: Carbon is a free and open-source web browser developed by Carbon X Labs based on a custom fork of the Chromium SDK and its powerful Blink engine.

It's a fast privacy-focused browser that blocks online ads and trackers. Currently, it's live on Google Play Store and will soon be available on iOS, Mac OS, and PC.

Can you describe your role in the project?

As the Founder and Lead Developer, my role involves overall project management, product development and investor relations. Before this, I was an engineer at Google and had previously worked with an NFT marketplace.

What's your Quest strategy, and what's your favourite Quest?

Our Quest strategy involves must-do like following us on Twitter and joining us on Telegram and then checking out our browser app and leaving reviews and threads on their honest thoughts!

As for my favourite Quest, it has to be the one where Users can leave their honest thoughts about our browser. We appreciate feedback and take it very seriously.

What Rewards do you currently offer your community?

We offer prize rewards in USDT every month, and previously we offered whitelisting spots for our upcoming NFTs!

What trends are you seeing in web3 and what are your predictions for what's coming up next?

We are seeing a movement towards AI, decentralized consumer apps, and privacy browsers. Web3 is only getting started.

What other web3 projects are you excited about right now?

Besides Carbon, we are also excited about L2 and L1 blockchains like Sui and Optimism for faster and more efficient transactions.

Our partner project, Magic Square, is also a favourite of ours.
