ArcherSwap: A Crypto Ecosystem for Trading, Earning, and Playing Games

ArcherSwap is a Decentralised Exchange (DEX) built on Core Chain. DEX provides a more secure way for users to buy and sell digital assets (cryptocurrencies) as DEX relies on Smart Contracts and does not hold users’ assets.

Welcome to the Zealy blog! In this interview, the Community Manager of ArcherSwap talks about the project, the experience working in Web3 and their use of Zealy for community building!

Tell us about your Project

ArcherSwap is a crypto ecosystem that allows our Users to trade, earn, and play games.

It is the best option for projects on Core Chain, with features including AMM, NFT, and GameFi. ArcherSwap offers benefits to Users, not just through trading and farming, but also by providing profit opportunities through NFT, GameFi, and potential new projects launching from our very own BowPad (Launchpad).

ArcherSwap provides the best support among all DEX AMMs, including community support, marketing support, growth funds, arbitrage support, resource connections, and more.

Tell us about yourself as CM

My name is Daniel and I am from Russia. Before joining Web3, I was an ordinary student and worked as a waiter. My experience in the crypto sphere began as an ordinary person who researched projects and beat out WL. I also participated in ambassador programs and tried to make money.

At one point, when my knowledge base was quite complete, and OG roles didn’t excite me very much, I wanted to try myself as a moderator.

Unfortunately, I lacked the courage to do this for a long time and everything happened by chance. My friend invited me to work as a moderator for a project in which he worked, and I stayed there for half a year. I proved myself to be an excellent employee, and soon we launched an ambassador program of our design, based on the experience gained earlier.

Somehow, I was moving towards my dream with leaps and bounds and soon began to work as a community manager on various projects. Months went by like this, and I currently work with ArcherSwap, a top 11 project on the Zealy website.

My responsibilities involve monitoring the community, communicating with active Users, monitoring the audience's reaction to certain events, working with negative reviews (thank God there haven't been any yet), as well as creating and promoting events among the community that can attract and reward members for their activity in our community.

I believe that a Community Manager helps an ordinary User, perhaps even a beginner, to get to know the project through interactive interaction. For example, through contests and various events, the participant has the opportunity to understand the concept and importance of the project, and all this is through a "game interaction with the user."

Why do I love working in Web3? It may sound trite, but probably for decentralization in the first place. Freedom of speech and thought cannot but please me, first of all, as a User. It also opens up many new opportunities for earning and development.

Why do you like using Zealy?

I love Zealy above all for its very friendly UI. It is impossible to get confused and very easy to find any desired button on this platform.

I love that Zealy gives a cool opportunity for projects at an early stage or with a small community to grow and make it easier to host contests and various events. Thanks to Zealy, our community has grown from 100 Users to 30 thousand in less than 3 weeks.

Although I won’t say that we posted some unusual Quests, most of them were taken from templates, we just thought that the timeless classics could work well and made the right decision.

What’s your Quest strategy like - and your absolute favourite Quest?

I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't have a clear strategy. With each community, I try to change something based on the experience of the previous ones.

The only thing I'm sure of is that a community manager must create quests that will attract the community in the first place. I think Quests should be like cards where the answers are hints for each subsequent one.

This will not only make it interesting to perform but will also add complexity, which will encourage people to communicate on social networks and look for answers together.

My favourite Quest is probably "Build the Bridge," in which an ordinary User is allowed to try on the role of an important person and help the project enter into a partnership with another project. This motivates Users to work further, gives them confidence and strength, and will not let them lose heart for the next period. Such moments make people believe in themselves and subsequently open up new opportunities.

What Rewards do you currently offer your community?

At the moment, we've offered a large number of WL spots to our community. You may ask why not money or tokens… One of our strategies is not to offer such prizes to Users at an early stage.

Our project is still very young, and after the launch of our token, we will definitely give away tokens to our favourite Users. You may ask, what's wrong with drawing finances among Users? I will answer that this is not a bad idea, but at an early stage, our project will be considered only from the perspective of money/token distribution and might not receive attention for its amazing concept. Trust me, this strategy works!

Our Users have already shown their appreciation for our project, and everyone is waiting for its sale and launch, particularly our staking pools, farms, and launchpads.

Why is your community the best?

I love our community - they truly believe in our idea, and we constantly receive feedback in our tickets that we're the best project in such a difficult market.

The coolest trend in Web3, which has captured people's attention and still makes them squeal with joy at the mere mention, is the metaverse.

Many believe the metaverse will be a virtual world with abundant opportunities and a full-fledged economy and life. The human connection will probably be through VR headsets.

I completely agree with these people, and I think everything will be exactly like that.

We will be able to live in a virtual world and use all our senses.

What other Web3 projects are you also super excited about right now?

I will answer this question briefly. At the moment, I really like what Sui and Aptos are doing. Their decisions in such a difficult time cannot help but bring joy. I will probably still prefer the ComingChat metaverse.
