Tell us about your Project
Unique Network is an NFT-specific blockchain revolutionizing the NFT landscape by providing brands and creators with an innovative infrastructure to realize better community engagement opportunities and capitalize on sustainable revenue-generation models.
Before teaming up to create Unique Network - the Founders Greg Zaitsev and Alexander Mitrovich worked in different roles within the development and corporate industries.
After multiple successes, (including winning two awards: Build-a-Blockchain Champion and Community Choice, at the first Hackusama hackathon in 2020), this duo pivoted UseTech into Unique Network.
Closely after, Unique released the first NFTs running on Substrate, the base framework behind every para-chain, including Polkadot and Kusama. This NFT collection is called Substrapunks and was a tribute to the well-known first NFT collection on Ethereum, the Cryptopunks.
It cemented Unique Network’s place as the first NFT chain on Polkadot and Kusama.
Tell us about your role
Hello, my name is Kevan, and I am the Marketing Manager at Unique Network. I have been a part of the Unique Network team for the past 15 months.
Before I served as a Marketing Manager in the SaaS industry and worked with various NFT projects too. As someone passionate about making a significant impact, I find this project both exciting and fulfilling.
Currently, the Web3 market has a finance market capitalization of $1 trillion, but its intellectual market capitalization is even greater. With thousands of brilliant minds dedicated to advancing this technology, the potential for progress is truly exhilarating.
Why do you like using Zealy?
Zealy is an awesome support in harsh times of the bear market because it helps increase user engagement and motivation and supports healthy competition, where fun experiences are considered rewards for Users.
Ultimately Zealy is leading us to higher levels of user retention and a stronger sense of community.
What’s your Quest strategy like - and your absolute favourite Quest?
We like working on the Questboard throughout the campaign, constructing a Quest flow as we advance and then reviewing the most interesting Quest to the community.
We begin with a general flow and then we decide on the outcome and possible incentives to include in the system.
My favourite Quests are, without a doubt, the ones that encourage Users to investigate various parts of our ecosystem and products. I also like the ones using testnets that offer different functionalities, providing us with valuable feedback. This is what Unique Network strives for.
What Rewards do you currently offer your community?
We currently offer a financial incentive of 1000 USD which will be distributed among top participants of the campaign.
What trends do you see in Web3? What are your predictions for what’s coming up next?
In light of the current market situation, only projects with a strong belief in their vision will likely endure over the next 10-20 years, regardless of trends.
The determinant key to success will be the ability of these projects to provide tangible real-world benefits, such as using NFTs to replace bus tickets or creating a microlending service in collaboration with the government.
Other potential opportunities include developing a Metaverse customer service platform or hosting Metaverse events.
What other web3 projects are you also super excited about right now?
Polkadot because of the ecosystem, developers, security and interoperability. Zcash because of the privacy and low TX fees. Also, Astar because of the tech and adoption.
Anything else you’d like to tell the world?
Let’s build next-generation NFTs tech together!
