Welcome, Fedir! Can you tell us about your Web3 project?

DIA (Decentralised Information Asset) is a multi-chain, end-to-end, open-source data and Oracle platform for Web3.

The DIA platform enables the sourcing, validation, and sharing of transparent and verified data feeds for traditional and digital financial applications. DIA’s institutional-grade data feeds cover asset prices, metaverse data, lending rates, and more.

Tell us about yourself as CM/Project Lead

For DIA DAO I manage moderators and community rangers, the Discord server, organize collabs, and maintain the Zealy space and the bounty program.

Why do you like using Zealy?

Because it is a convenient tool to create a series of low-effort activities which don't require specific skills, causing dopamine boosts via XP, role system, and access to potential rewards and thus making Users promote the project via social networks or be more active on its inner portals.

What’s your Quest strategy like - and your absolute favourite Quest?

I love doing a series of Quests (I call them Questlines). For example: if there is a holiday like Christmas, I can develop a sequence of holiday-related Quests. Those who complete it get a dedicated role on our Discord server and are validated to participate in a raffle. Also, I try to do Questlines when we are doing mutually-focusing collaborations with other projects in Zealy.

What Rewards do you currently offer your community?

In DIA DAO we are trying to involve our Users as much as we can. We think that they should be treated with respect and have some time to rest from constant activity. We are also trying to upgrade our reward system so that people who can not dedicate all their time to DIA DAO can still have a good chance to get the rewards.

For instance, on our monthly sprints, we provide 8 token rewards, but instead of providing them to the top 8 participants, we count every XP point as the imaginary entry ticket for a raffle. So more XP - the better chances, but even if you have completed only one Quest in the sprint, you still have a chance to win the reward.

Ideally, the Users get interested in becoming contributors to DIA DAO and complete the onboarding form. (We locate our more high-level bounties on Dework, but they are not accessible by default.) So this way Zealy is also being utilized as a tool for the growth of the most active part of our community - DIA Contributors, whom we also call DIAmonds :)

What trends are you seeing in Web3? What are your predictions for what’s coming up next? 

Web3 is maturing. Fewer new projects are either completely Degen or trying to encompass everything. More serious niche projects are being developed. That's a good sign. Also, we are seeing more adoption of Web3 products in the old corporate world (another good sign).

The third good sign is the development of favourable legislation for Web3 development in various countries. I think it's getting on the right path.

What other Web3 projects are you also super excited about right now?

Wonderverse looks very promising, but only time will tell…
